Product Description : The ZLWJ-13 pressure gauge two-way plug valve is a rotary valve in the shape of a closing piece or a plunger. It is a valve that can be opened or closed by rotating 90 degrees to make the channel opening on the valve plug the same as or separate from the channel opening on the valve body. The shape of the plug of the plug valve can be cylindrical or conical. In the cylindrical plug, the channel is generally rectangular; in the conical plug, the channel is trapezoidal. These shapes make the structure of the plug valve light, but at the same time they also produce certain losses. The plug valve is suitable for cutting off and connecting media and diversion, but it can sometimes be used for throttling according to the applicable properties and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface. Since the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve has a wiping effect, and when fully open, it can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium, so it can usually be used for media with suspended particles. Another important feature of the plug valve is that it is easy to adapt to multi-channel structures, so that one valve can obtain two, three, or even four different flow channels. This can simplify the design of the pipeline system, reduce the amount of valves, and some connecting accessories required in the equipment.

Plug valve use:
Plug valves are used in oil field mining, transportation and refining equipment. They are also used in petrochemical, chemical, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, HVAC industry and general industry.

Several commonly used plug valves:

1. Soft seal plug valve
   Soft-sealed plug valves are often used in harsh environments such as corrosive, highly toxic and highly hazardous media, where leakage is strictly prohibited, and where the valve material will not pollute the media. The valve body can be made of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel according to the working medium.

A. According to the use temperature and working medium, self-lubricating bushings such as F4, F46, PVDF, PP, PO, PE, etc. can be used. They have good lubrication, small friction coefficient of the sealing pair during the entire working process, flexible operation of the plug body, and long service life.
B. The inlet and outlet windows of the valve body are designed with double groove sealing ring structure. During the rotation of the plug, the sealing pressure ratio between the sealing pairs gradually changes until it reaches the fully open or fully closed position, generating sufficient sealing pressure ratio and achieving zero leakage of the sealing pair.
C. The double groove sealing ring can not only make the bushing stable in the valve body without displacement, but also absorb the slight deformation of the bushing caused by temperature difference. At the same time, strong friction is generated between the bushing and the plug, which has an automatic cleaning effect and increases the service life of the sealing surface.
D. The unique reverse lip seal design on the top of the plunger uses a soft sealing material diaphragm and a metal diaphragm combined with an adjustment gasket to adjust the sealing pressure ratio between the sealing surfaces, making the plug rotate flexibly, and ensuring the sealing of the inlet, outlet and middle flange connection ends.
E. Suitable for use in highly flushing gas-solid and liquid-solid phase media, such as PVC, urea, anhydride, caustic soda production equipment, or media with high requirements for external leakage, such as HF, phosgene, etc.

2. Oil-lubricated hard-sealed plug valve
   Oil-lubricated hard-sealed plug valves can be divided into conventional oil-lubricated plug valves and pressure-balanced plug valves. Special grease is injected from the top of the plug body into the space between the valve body cone hole and the plug body to form an oil film to reduce the valve opening and closing torque, improve sealing and service life. Its working pressure can reach 64MPa, working temperature can reach 325 degrees, and the diameter can reach 600mm."
